Revvi is the absolute worst credit card. The way they handle business is unheard of. I used this credit card twice in one month and made payments each time right away thinking I’m doing the responsible thing —only to have my account restricted for the dumbest reason ever… Because I paid my card off in full, too frequently.

There was no sort of communication. No email, no phone call, or text. When I called to find out what was going on, customer service asked me to send my bank statement and a bank letter and to make sure my account number and routing was available on the documents just to prove my account is legitimate and that the account used to pay the bill belongs to me. Now I feel like I’m being scammed, as if they are trying to hack my bank account or something. They already have my social security number, birthdate and address when I originally applied for the credit card. My mind can’t stop racing thinking about what type of fraud this can possibly be. This is absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary stress all because I paid my bill on time.

Run away from this company, don’t recommend this company to anyone. Something is not right with this company.

Avoid this card if you dislike high fees and unexpected charges

If you dislike high annual fees and wasting $30-$40 each month on random charges that keep appearing, along with a cumbersome app that requires two text passcodes every time you log in, then this card may not be for you! I would recommend considering a different option instead, as there are much better choices available that won't burden you with extra fees while you're working on rebuilding your credit.

Awful app with hidden monthly charges

If you enjoy high annual fees and incurring $30-$40 monthly for random charges, along with a cumbersome app that requires two text passcodes each time you log in, then this is the card for you! I would recommend skipping this option entirely and choosing a different card instead for a much better experience without the burden of unexpected charges while trying to rebuild your credit.

Strongly advise staying away from this service...

I strongly advise avoiding this company completely. Everything appeared to be fine as I paid my bill on time, but after misplacing my card and requesting a new one, they closed my account, hurting my credit. When I spoke to customer service, the representative was condescending and rude. Repairing credit is tough, so consider other options.

Total waste of time...Scammers

I applied in September and got approved for $300. I hesitated on the 'program fee' but paid it to rebuild my credit after a tough year. However, when I tried to activate the card, they said I had to reapply because the original deal expired after 60 days, which wasn’t mentioned in the fine print. It claimed to be valid until 2028! When I reapplied, they did another hard inquiry and denied me despite my credit being the same as 72 days prior!

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. DO NOT GET THIS CARD. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. I canceled an auto payment of the minimum amount to pay my bill in full and was restricted (for the lesser amount not being paid) for 30 days with no access to the card!

This company deserves no stars

This company deserves no stars. Avoid them, but I doubt anyone will listen. I've been with them for about 2 years. I made a mistake with a late deposit, yet the due date remained October 1st. I paid before that date but still received a late charge. They refused to help me despite my arguments. They added more charges, and now my credit will suffer because I refuse to pay them anything. It’s frustrating how these card companies operate.

I was paying my bill on time...

I was paying my bill on the 1st when it was due on the 27th, yet they still charged me a late fee. I also believe I was being harassed by individuals on the train, which was unsettling.
