I opened this card 2 months ago with no problem, the only wait time was getting the actual card. Made my first payment ahead of schedule all was fine again. Made my second payment now all of a sudden they want to hold that money and tell me theres a 14 day hold for processing! Why? The month before I made the payment no problems and it was posted 3 days later with an available credit balance... I was told I could expedite the process by giving them a copy of the bank statement showing the funds were paid out.. They can't even tell me when I called back for the 4th time if they even received the bank statement I sent them! It's policy, it's policy is all i kept hearing like a broken record.. Customer service says absolutely nothing helpful, not even sure why they have that service in the first place. You also can't get to talk to anyone beyond a customer service rep. No one higher for some reason...
