I have had this card for about three or four months and now my card is suspended because I moved to Mississippi on May 3rd and after I got here I changed my address on the app and next thing I know I have no available credit. I called the bank and they told me that they had put a hold on my account because of an address change. Said I needed to upload or send a bank statement, utility bill or a lease to prove I had actually moved. So I went to my new bank and got something with my new address on it and emailed it to Revvi. Like I told the agent I just moved and didn't have any statements yet or bills but they didn't care and they wouldn't budge on lifting the hold. Since May 9th I have called several times only to be told that they are still processing my documents and today they said there was no specific timeframe for completing the verification process. The other time I called I was told that it should be done in like 3-5 business days. What's ironic is that they sent me a letter to my new address. So if they aren't sure about my move then why even bother sending me a letter to that address? This company has terrible customer service and you have to pay a $95 program fee and on top of that you pay an annual fee that I believe is like $75. I have always made my payments on time but what does it matter if they won't let me use my card? I am thinking about closing the account after I pay the card off.
