It has now been 15 days and I have still not been refunded for the QETA card that does not work.
In their reply here on Trustpilot they claim that refunds were initiated for affected balances and ask customers to email support so they can review the case. I did exactly that. I emailed them with all the requested details.
No response. No refund. Nothing.
So while their public response here sounds helpful, my actual experience has been the opposite. They reply on Trustpilot telling people to contact support, but support simply ignores the emails.
At this point it honestly feels like the Trustpilot responses are just damage control to make it look like they care, while customers are still left waiting with unusable cards and no refund.
I’m still out the money I paid for a card that never worked.
