I bought an instant voucher for a retailer only to learn that it can't be used on the retailer's website if it's from any seller other than them, which is the case for most items. So now I'm down £100 on a voucher I can't use. I reached out to online support for a refund, only to be told that vouchers are non-refundable. This feels like a violation of consumer rights, and I won't be using this service again. The minimal savings aren't worth the lack of refund options.
