Despite this, he couldn't wait even a minute for me to provide the order number. I did eventually provide both the email and order number promptly. Good customer service should involve patience and understanding, especially when customers are trying to provide necessary information. This interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. Overall, the support experience was very poor and left me quite dissatisfied.

Once a voucher expires, it cannot be loaded, but the platform fails to warn users. Instead, it accepts your payment, takes your money, and then holds it for several days before issuing a refund, which is extremely misleading. Furthermore, there’s no option to delete expired vouchers, making the portal confusing and difficult to navigate. In addition, customer service is lacking and unhelpful, compounding the frustration. Overall, this experience feels outdated and inconvenient for long-term users.
