I had a very disappointing experience with customer support, specifically with one of the agents. During the live chat, I was asked for my email and order number. I provided my email quickly but needed a moment to find my order number. In that brief time, the agent disconnected the chat due to a supposed time limit. When I reconnected, I unfortunately got the same agent. What was frustrating was the inconsistency; I was expected to respond immediately, while the agent took over five minutes to reply. Despite this, he couldn't wait even a minute for me to provide the order number. I did eventually provide both the email and order number promptly. Good customer service should involve patience and understanding, especially when customers are trying to provide necessary information. This interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. Overall, the support experience was very poor and left me quite dissatisfied.
