Frustrating Experience Due to Portal Issues

The portal is in dire need of improvement. I've been using it for a long time, and all my reloadable vouchers remain visible even after expiration. Once a voucher expires, it cannot be loaded, but the platform fails to warn users. Instead, it accepts your payment, takes your money, and then holds it for several days before issuing a refund, which is extremely misleading. Furthermore, there’s no option to delete expired vouchers, making the portal confusing and difficult to navigate. In addition, customer service is lacking and unhelpful, compounding the frustration. Overall, this experience feels outdated and inconvenient for long-term users.
