They are not too willing to refund your money even though it is within 14 days of purchase. If their customer service tries to talk you out of a refund within your 14 days refund guarantee, just refer to the EU law (europeans) which states: "If you buy a product or service online, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification."Then they will probably forward you to their financial department which will finally refund you. I went through this process myself and finally got my money back. Money hungry company and horrible service. Don't buy their product.
