We have been using Rex Pet Hotel since 2018 when our dogs were babies. Our dogs when dropped off, never give us a second glance when they got out of the car and went to their suite. This is a true testament to Louise and her staff. They treat our dogs as if they were their own and as a dog owner this is what you want when you go away and leave them. We have complete reassurance that they are in good hands and this is continued by regular photographs and updates of them whilst they are in their care. We actually believe that our dogs love going there and for them it’s a little holiday where they get lots of cuddles and attention from the wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble especially as one of our dogs has several medical issues and needs timed meds. We don’t book a holiday before we make sure that Louise can accommodate our girls. Quite simply, we would be lost without RexPet Hotel. Louise has a marvellous establishment with wonderful, caring staff. Thoroughly recommended.

We're a family run luxury pet boarding facility set in the Nottinghamshire countryside. We take care of dogs and cats primarily, but can accommodate a wide variety of different pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles and birds. We're consistently awarded a 5 star rating by our local authority and pride ourselves on the standard of care we provide for our customers pets.
