I signed up for a trial and discovered there is no clear way to cancel inside the platform. I contacted Rezdy sales twice asking to cancel the trial and stop attempting the $249 charge on my card. No reply, no confirmation, and the charge attempts keep retrying.This is deliberate, dark billing pattern. They are an absolute disgrace, it feels like robbery. There is NO CANCEL BUTTON, I got NO RESPONSE, JUST REPEATED PAYMENT PINGS.I’ve kept records and will be disputing any unauthorized charges with my bank. Proceed with caution.
