Once the onboarding is complete, forget about customer service. We have lost two months of our time waiting to get verified by their RezdyPay payment processor. We have not been given full information about the process of verification initially. Very unprofessional and expensive service. I regret that we decided to use them. There are plenty of other and better alternatives than Rezdy. Today we canceled our subscription but still received the bill for payment for monthly subscription.
