Just like everyone else, I booked a taxi via their site and unknowingly made to agree to a monthly subscription fee of €49. Emailed to them to explain that I was a tourist and do not speak or read French. Why would a tourist agree to pay €49 when I am using the service only once!! They refuse to consider a waiver. What a brilliant way to make €49, pretty easy way to make money when nothing is delivered. (FYI, thetaxi I tried booking wasn’t processed. I waited for a long time and had to cancel).
