It was for Sunday, February 1, at 11:20 p.m. I made the request from Paris airport shortly before 9 p.m., an hour before boarding the plane that took me to Clermont-Ferrand. I received confirmation that I had a taxi at 11:03 p.m., when I was already in a taxi on my way to the city. At that moment, I called the contact number that appeared in the confirmation email. I spoke to someone and told them that I wanted to cancel the taxi. They told me that it had been canceled.
One month later, I see that I have been charged €49. Why? After reading these reviews, people talk about a subscription! I was never informed about a subscription. I would have never paid for a subscription for a service in a country I am not living in...
