I purchased a new OLED TV on Black Friday. It arrived as scheduled a week later. I set it up a few days after that, but unfortunately, just five days later, the TV completely stopped working, leaving me with a black screen. Faults can occur with any brand. I spoke with a representative who arranged for the collection of the faulty TV on December 19, 2025, and dispatched a replacement as soon as it was received back. I got my replacement on December 22, 2025. While things can break, the support I received was truly exceptional. There was no hassle, which is what you expect from a retailer when issues arise.
