Positive : liked that they sent a WhatsApp message also to confirm delivery. Also when I called before delivery to arrange a few things the service was good. No complaints there.
Negative: received confirmation of delivery 7pm the night before for delivery between 7am and 10am the next day which did not work for me. Office was closed when they sent the message so zero opportunity to call and rearrange. It's like they sent it that time on purpose.
Delivery was just a hassle. Guys did not want to bring the appliance in as they said it was too tight. I eventually got them around to do it after numerous conversations.
The girls in the office who I was dealing with at the time were quite frankly useless.
Even after delivery, I was called my someone in the office and asked me how everything went. She literally didn't give me a second to answer any of her questions. As soon as I spoke she went on to the next question if she was reading from a script like a formality so here is my review for all to see if you guys are not bothered to listen when you call me for feedback.
