I spent months looking online for different manufacturers and styles of wheelchairs. The Octaine fx appealed to me as the folding design looked so easy to me. My assessor Matt Byrne came to my home and made it all so simple. Taking his time to talk me through everything. Made the whole process so simple. My wheelchair(my first ever) was delivered by Matt who again took his time with good advice on how to take the chair apart and many more tips on how to use it.
