My sons basketball chair was damaged under warranty. Spoke with customer service associate Charley Duncan and she took care of everything. She was kind, efficient and understanding. She went above and beyond ensuring my sons chair was repaired to an incredible standard within a week of reporting and delivered back to us in time for training. I was kept in the loop the whole time and I am really happy with the standard of repair. They even cleaned it up, replaced the ratchet strap and lowered the footplate without being asked to! Have always found RGK to be a good company but this experience was a really positive one.
