Very disappointing delivery experience. They were over 4 hours late delivering my new mattress. Instead of handling the delivery properly, they took my old mattress and carelessly left the new one on the floor in a plastic sack. I had paid for the removal of the old mattress and the unpacking and installation of the new one. My spouse and I are disabled and couldn't manage it ourselves, so I had to call my son, who lives 30 miles away, to help us unpack and set it up. This experience was unacceptable, and I will never choose a company that employs such unprofessional services again.
