I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Rhenus, which I found to be highly unprofessional throughout the entire delivery process.
My delivery was cancelled twice. The second cancellation occurred on the actual day of delivery, with no update, explanation, or communication provided whatsoever.
On the third attempt, only half of my order was delivered. The other half was returned to the store due to damage caused during transport.
Furthermore, the box containing the table was delivered in a clearly damaged condition. At the back of the delivery van, the damaged box had been wrapped with tape, seemingly to give the impression that care had been taken with my item. Unsurprisingly, upon opening the box, I discovered that a bag of screws was missing.
As a result, I am unable to assemble the table, and the store has been forced to send a replacement. This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and significant frustration.
