My experience mirrors those below and I must say I am disgusted in the practices they obviously employ. I was given a slot of between 1-4 pm to collect our Casper Mattress. I called through to confirm the collection a few days before and offered to provide more detail as our house is hard to find. This was declined saying the driver would call. Saturday morning I was called to say they would be there around 3 pm, again offered to provide more detail, again declined, told they would call me when there. 15.42 got a TEXT asking me to call withing 5 minutes otherwise they would have to move on. I called through and on second attempt got through and was told they did call me.... rubbish, full signal on phone, tested it from another phone and NO VOICEMAIL. They were clearly running late and just laughed off our collection. Called Casper and they are arraning another courier, hopefully they will be better BUT PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE!! No sense or service what so ever.
