Smooth delivery experience

I ordered a bed, mattress, and headboard. I was given a delivery date in advance and could change it as needed. They emailed the day before with a time, and on the delivery day, they called to say they’d arrive in 30 minutes, which they did. They left everything as requested, with no issues.

Missed delivery and no support

Delivery was missed, and customer support has been unresponsive. My order was supposed to arrive on a specific date, and after multiple emails with no reply, I’m still waiting. It's shocking that a company operates this way. I advise others to steer clear of them. UPDATE: Their response is false; I have proof of the delivery attempt.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I ordered a fridge, and after delays, the delivery team showed up to collect a fridge I never had. They only offered a delivery date that didn't work for me. I was told the fridge would arrive later, but nobody would be home. They need to improve their problem-solving processes. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing delivery service

The worst delivery service I’ve encountered. They delivered my order and expected me to wait all day. I was only 10 minutes late, and they left without any notice. Unprofessional and rude behavior. This delivery partner needs to be changed urgently.

A complete disaster

An absolute disaster. There’s no way to contact this company in my region. They don’t respond to online forms, and the automated replies are unhelpful. I’ve been waiting weeks for a call with no response. It’s incredibly frustrating. It’s impossible to reach the local support team despite being directed to do so.

Deceptive practices

They expect you to wait all day for a delivery, only to call at the last moment claiming they couldn’t find me, which is entirely untrue. Horrible customer service with no reasonable communication. I will never use this service again.
