Terrible! I will be avoiding businesses that use them. I was given a delivery time between 7:00am and 12.30 and waited all day long without a call. A few minutes before 17:00 they called to say they were almost there and then I waited another hour. Picking up a return, they called late to say they were there, and then cancelled suddenly claiming they couldn't find parking. I'd taken the day off work for this crap. Inexcusable!!!!
