I bought a Nebula 2 from Amazon and went to use it, but, found connecting the shaft & butt together was very difficult. I could not return it as it was passed the return date. I emailed the company and talked to Devin. After sending in a video showing the difficulty I was having, Rhino was kind enough to exchange the Nebula 2. I got the new pool cue in several days and am extremely happy with the new pool cue. I want to thank everyone, especially Devin for all the help they gave me.
