It was my fault. I didn't read the 1-star reviews before I placed my order. If I knew I would be lied to over and over again about shipping status, I would never have ordered anything. While the company has a good record for customer service, I haven't seen that in my case.
I asked for a refund but was told it had shipped days ago. It had not. The fact that the customer service team takes 24 hours (or more) to respond adds to my frustration.
My next step is to file with my bank to claw back the payment. You have left me no alternative.
