Review Time
It was my fault. I didn't read the 1-star reviews before I placed my order. If I knew I would be lied to over and over again about shipping status, I would never have ordered anything. While the company has a good record for customer service, I haven't seen that in my case.
I asked for a refund but was told it had shipped days ago. It had not. The fact that the customer service team takes 24 hours (or more) to respond adds to my frustration.
My next step is to file with my bank to claw back the payment. You have left me no alternative.
landed in Costa Rica to find my luggage did not show. Checked rhinokey location and it was at Heathrow London. Shared location with airline they found it and got it to me. No mystery as to where it was. Fantastic
Brought smart card after first using Apple tag and from the reviews online. Took longer to come than expected but now have it in my wallet with no problems. Will use next week to track my luggage when travelling to Germany. Good communication with Rhino, always answered emails quickly.
I have only just received these after reading so many positive reviews and wanting something a bit less obvious than an Apple Itag. Easy to set up and personalise on the Apple ‘Find My’ app and slipped into my wallet easily hidden among the credit cards. It’s a secrid wallet and I can confirm I can still track the card. Early days but everything seems fine so far. Slip one in your bag, your purse, your car, in fact anywhere and never lose it again.
A very useful, tidy and operable device which is minimalistic to the eye and small in actual size. It does exactly what it promises to do. It was FREE as well!!
I bought 4 which came with a free charger, I was then contacted and offered a Buy one get a charger free, which I bought.
You will get lots of offers from Rhinokey once you are on their database, but if this annoys you, you can always elect to be removed from the e-shots. I personally enjoy reading about whats new, so I always read them. Getting back to the device, I use MAC and iPhone, so with the 'FIND MY' App, this is where you connect each card up to. Just follow the very basic instructions and, Hey Presto, you are tracking.
Go for the full deal if offered as this gives best value for money. I hope this review is of some assistance.
Decided to chance buying a set of four cards based on a comparison review of various tracking cards. Setup to my Apple “Find My” app was simple and quick. The hardest part was deciding on an Emoji logo. Although have only had my Rhinokey Cards for less than I week, I already made use to find my wallet lost between/below my car seats. So far believe it was a positive beneficial purchase that I am considering making a further purchase of four cards.

Delivery was fairly quick and the product is really practical. It’s only slightly larger than a credit card; setup is very straightforward and it works brilliantly. It’s tied to the Android network, but it’s definitely an excellent product.
I'm one of many people who have been scammed by Rhinokey. They use an excuse of delivery problems saying no one was at home on the day of delivery, But my security cameras say that no one tried to deliver. Rhinokey then gave me an excuse that they are waiting for the return of my delivery. This is all B S

I’ve purchased the rhino keys to track down my wallet and other belongings. It is around 2 cards thick and fits perfectly in my cardholder. Also the sound is good to hear of a distance! You can find you wallet very easy. Till now (I’m using the rhino keycard for around 2 weeks now) and I would refer it to other people.
Placed a order 25th January for a rhinokey smart keyring i wished I hadn't ordered,still no delivery despite messages saying its on its way and no tracking number.i will be contacting my credit card provider soon if this doesn't arrive soon its a absolute joke!!
