Misleading update emails, slow customer support, who continue to spin the yarn. I don't know if they are sending it by tortoise, or if this company is a scam - I am very close to contacting my credit card company to report this as a fraudulent company. So far, I have been sent a dispatched email, then a couple of days later an email to say it will be a bit longer before being dispatched, and now another to say it has been dispatched. Still no sign despite receiving a link for Royal Mail (this could be for anywhere, though).
The 'track your order' email I have received gives a 404 error.
Should the items actually arrive, I will update this review accordingly. At present, just avoid at all costs.
Think carefully before giving this company your money.
