I ordered an item for my son in the military and received tracking information, but there was no delivery notice. The tracking indicated it was delivered a day early, but there was no proof or photo. My daughter-in-law searched the entire apartment complex but couldn't find it. I have had many items delivered there without issues due to the delivery lockers. I emailed the seller and only received an automated response. I contacted the shipping company, which tried to reach the driver but got no response; they noted my account. I emailed again and was told a replacement would be sent out, but I never got tracking information. When I called the seller, I was informed they were out of stock, but one would be found and sent to my son. The representative confirmed the shipping details last Thursday, and now it's Tuesday with no updates. They only respond with automated messages now. This is not a trustworthy seller.
