Their warranty department is AWESOME!! I contacted them about a problem with a strap and they are replacing/shipping it the same day. No hoops to jump through or steps to try before they would replace. They are GREAT!
Also, their ratchet straps are great too.
Ordered the drop Hitch on december 27TH from Rhino USA sb Rhino China. It's now February 10th. Have emailed several times and gotten robo replies. No idea how it was shipped can only use the tracking number through some Chinese site that says it was delivered but it never showed and they have no pictures or proof of delivery. DONT ORDER THROUGH THEM ITS A SCAM!.
I bought several straps for my rollback and later got a kit for my enclosed trailer. The velcro helps keep the straps neatly organized, and the bags are very durable. I also have a set of plastic traction boards, although I haven't had to use them yet. My pickup truck is equipped with smaller straps for bed transport. Allowing the straps to dry before rolling them up has helped them last for years. I highly recommend these!

I emailed again and was told a replacement would be sent out, but I never received tracking information. When I called the seller, I was informed they were out of stock, but one would be found and sent to my son. The representative confirmed the shipping details last Thursday, and yet here we are on Tuesday with no updates. They only reply with automated messages now. This is not a reputable seller.

I purchased the 2" Adjustable Drop Hitch for my 2024 Tacoma. It fit the receiver on my truck perfectly and seemed well-made and sturdy. However, when I tried to lock the hitch pin, I found it was too short for the new Tacoma, preventing me from securing it. I emailed customer service and received a prompt response the same day (a Sunday) with questions, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, they informed me they do not have a locking hitch pin long enough for the 4th Gen Tacoma, so I ended up paying for a pin that won't work and now need to buy another brand's pin.
This product reflects deeper issues within the movement it represents. The box displays a strong image alongside a claim of being 'Designed & Engineered in the USA', yet it is 'Made in China'. The price was reasonable for this portable shovel/pick ax, but the instructions were confusing. They stated to turn the lock nut counterclockwise when it was actually clockwise. The design also made it difficult to use as a shovel, so I plan to use it as a trowel for planting flowers instead.
This review serves as a follow-up to my previous experience. I called as suggested, and after the representative 'reviewed my claim', I was told my new straps would be sent out. That was weeks ago, and I've received nothing, nor a tracking number. I wish there were larger platforms to voice these issues and hold companies accountable for their promises. I hope my feedback helps others avoid similar frustrations.
I received my item yesterday. It is extremely difficult to handle, and the advertising claims that all the fur goes to the center for easy removal are not true. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. Additionally, it took a long time to clear customs as it came from abroad. Overall, it feels like a waste of money. The return policy requires the item to be in brand new condition, which is challenging if you want to test it first.
