This review serves as a follow-up to my previous experience. I called as suggested, and after the representative 'reviewed my claim', I was told my new straps would be sent out. That was weeks ago, and I've received nothing, nor a tracking number. I wish there were larger platforms to voice these issues and hold companies accountable for their promises. I hope my feedback helps others avoid similar frustrations.
