I've had many items delivered there without issues, thanks to the delivery lockers. I reached out to the seller via email and only received an automated response. I contacted the shipping company, which tried to reach the driver but received no response; they noted my account. I emailed again and was told a replacement would be sent out, but I never received tracking information. When I called the seller, I was informed they were out of stock, but one would be found and sent to my son. The representative confirmed the shipping details last Thursday, and yet here we are on Tuesday with no updates. They only reply with automated messages now. This is not a reputable seller.
