Super easy return experience - they even offer you an additional credit if you take a shop credit and shop with them. The item we received was nice quality and looked great, my husband is just an odd size so the XL was too long and too long in the sleeves but he needed that size where he is bulky (middle). I would consider shopping there for myself in the future or for my sons who are a little more normal sized.
