I purchased an eGift Card but never received it. My credit card was charged the next day, yet I have not received the email with the eCard. All I get are automated responses. There’s no phone support or live customer service to reach out to. I can't get my $100 refund, and I'm considering contacting the Better Business Bureau.
Avoid this service at all costs. I ordered a puffer vest on November 24, and as of December 16, it still hasn't been delivered. The company blames the shipping service, and they blame the company. They insist I wait, even though there’s no record of the shipment. It seems clear I will NEVER receive my order. I've spent hours trying to resolve this issue, but they only respond via email and refuse to return my calls. Never again! It's too risky to buy from them.

I waited for Black Friday to order Christmas gifts because the return policy was 30 days. However, when I tried to order, all the sizes I wanted were sold out. There was no option to order out-of-stock items, so I requested notifications for restocks. Their website claims they restock frequently, but I received no updates and everything remained unavailable. I was informed I couldn't get the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals due to stock issues. Now, items are listed for restock in February 2026. It's frustrating that they don't anticipate higher demand during the holidays. I wouldn’t recommend them for holiday gifts.
The clothing might be great (I'll never find out), but my shipment took 36 days to 'arrive'. It started in China and apparently was shipped on foot. The tracking said it was delivered, but it wasn't, and they won’t disclose the carrier. The only responses I get are from an AI chatbot. This has been a terrible experience, and I couldn't be more disappointed. I requested a refund, but the chatbot seems uninterested. Absolutely awful.

When the original shirt arrived later, they let me keep it. I used the coupon for another item, which arrived quickly. Overall, I was very impressed with their response and resolution.
I placed an order for three shirts on August 27 for $309, and it still hasn't shipped. Customer service is only an AI bot. I've requested to speak to a person four times. I'm really disappointed because I have friends and coworkers who own these shirts, and I love them. However, the customer service is the worst I've encountered in a long time, so I will not be returning.
