I have been waiting for my package for over a month. Despite reaching out multiple times, they still haven’t responded. I am extremely disappointed in this brand and would strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering from such an unreliable company. What was supposed to be a Christmas gift for myself and a friend has turned into a mess of frustration and unanswered emails, with no results.
