Extremely disappointed because I never received the products (DHL).
The team offered to ship me a replacement instead of refunding me - but unfortunately I had no trust in the delivery.
They refused to issue a refund because the carrier marks the items as "delivered" (no proof other than tracking number...). I just lost 200$.
Will not be purchasing from them again. I have been a loyal customer since day 1.

It's no surprise that they are my favorite brand. I do wish they offered a wider range of products. I also want to highlight their customer service; I recently had an inquiry regarding a purchase and shipment within the EU, and they replied within a day and a half. While I'm still waiting for my order, I have confidence I won't be let down. Overall, this brand truly deserves the praise it receives. From the online shopping experience to the quality of products and customer support, they are exceptional and definitely worth buying from.
