They refused, stating it had already 'processed,' even though it hadn’t shipped. I thought I’d just have to ensure the subscription was canceled for the future. Ten days later, I realized I never received the product or a refund. The tracking number in the shop app said it couldn’t be found. This company effectively stole $119 from me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
