Completely dishonest service that deceives customers.

This is a completely dishonest service that deceives customers. I attempted to cancel an order with them, but they would not allow it. Additionally, I never received the poor-quality product. This is a fraudulent operation, and if you choose to purchase from them, you're likely getting nothing of value.

I was charged for a subscription refill that I did not need, as I still had five unopened bottles available. During this time, the order was processed and shipped. When customer support finally got back to me, I was informed that subscription orders cannot be returned, despite the products being unopened and my immediate contact. I followed up, noting their policy allows returns for one-time purchases but not for subscriptions, even when acting quickly. I requested a return authorization number and offered to send back the unopened products immediately but received no response. Steer Clear - Avoid at All Costs

Absolutely zero customer service. I ordered two weeks ago and have received no updates on my order or tracking, with no support from the service or the shipping company. For overpriced supplements that promise five-star results, one would expect five-star service, but this is unacceptable. Even if the products are excellent, I’ve lost trust due to how they handle customer relations. Zero stars... shop elsewhere.

I Would Rate Zero Stars If Possible!

SCAM ALERT!!! I would rate zero stars if I could! I’ve been trying to contact a representative since placing my order, literally ten minutes after realizing the shipping address was incorrect. I desperately attempted to reach them to fix it, but that was five days ago. The only email I received stated they could not assist as it had already shipped, even though I tried to change the address immediately. I’m still trying to access my account to cancel the subscription and correct the address, but the verification code they send never arrives. This is a horrible company, the worst experience, especially right before Christmas. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER.

Disappointed with the Product

I am nearing the end of my third bottle of this Liposomal Curcumin + Resveratrol and have seen no improvement in my health as advertised. Additionally, this product has a terrible taste. I continued taking it despite the awful taste, hoping it would eventually be worth it, but sadly, that has not been my experience.

Vitamins That Truly Absorb

I absolutely love their products. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but quality comes at a cost. I started with their NAD+ and Glutathione, and both have made a significant difference in my overall well-being. I’ve since added a few other products, and my co-workers have also started using the service. Ultimately, it’s about expectations, and this service has exceeded mine.

Untrustworthy Sales Practices

I can’t trust their sales. They are inflating prices and then advertising a 45% Black Friday sale, which brings the price back to what it was a few months ago when I originally purchased it. This feels like shady business tactics. I’m not sure if I can trust their products anymore after this experience.

They Took My Money

I accidentally signed up for a subscription when I first ordered. I noticed another shipment was about to be sent, and my bank account was charged $119. I immediately emailed the company, as the shipment had not actually shipped yet, requesting that they stop it and refund me. They refused, stating it had already 'processed,' even though it hadn’t shipped. I thought I’d just have to ensure the subscription was canceled for the future. Ten days later, I realized I never received the product or a refund. The tracking number in the shop app said it couldn’t be found. This company effectively stole $119 from me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
