We ordered a rose as a gift, and the ordering was straightforward. When it arrived, the rose looked nice, and communication from the company was mostly effective. However, the courier let them down. On two consecutive days, they confirmed delivery for the late afternoon/evening but failed to show up both times. There was no apology, just an email the next day stating they would deliver then. Customer service was helpful within their guidelines, but the rose arrived five days late in a damaged box. Fortunately, it seems to have survived. It's frustrating that the company stated any delivery issues should be addressed with the courier, but if the couriers are consistently unreliable, the company should take more responsibility for resolving these issues.
