My beautiful plants were delivered quickly and perfectly in a non -scuffed box. While opening it, I could sense my beautiful plants had been packed by someone who loves gardening ALMOST as much as I do! This process of receiving and opening was a magical experience :) ... not one filled with dred like it often is from some other nurseries ...
I ordered a weatherguard for my bird feeder but unfortunately it was too large for my bird feeder pole, so I contacted customer services and explained that it was not suitable and that the images were a bit confusing as it showed it on a hook, but it’s more suitable for a tree bird feeder.
Customer service was excellent and responded quickly and sorted everything out.
We ordered three plants from the company, and the first issue was the long wait for delivery, which we assumed was due to availability. When the plants finally arrived, the packaging was insufficient, and their conditions ranged from acceptable to quite poor. We were very dissatisfied but managed to improve the health of the two least healthy plants.
Along with the rose, there were no planting instructions, and it wasn't clear it was from the company. This was a gift for an 80th birthday, but my note was so small it was hard to read. I had to find the instructions on the website, which was very disappointing. They are happy with the rose, though.
We ordered a rose as a gift, and the ordering was straightforward. When it arrived, the rose looked nice, and communication from the company was mostly effective. However, the courier let them down. On two consecutive days, they confirmed delivery for the late afternoon/evening but failed to show up both times. There was no apology, just an email the next day stating they would deliver then. Customer service was helpful within their guidelines, but the rose arrived five days late in a damaged box. Fortunately, it seems to have survived. It's frustrating that the company stated any delivery issues should be addressed with the courier, but if the couriers are consistently unreliable, the company should take more responsibility for resolving these issues.
The bare root rose was carefully posted and it arrived in good condition. I hope it grows well. The only downside was the lack of instructions; thankfully, we ordered another similar rose from a different company that provided full instructions.
