22 days ago complaint handler advised a goodwill gesture sent by cheque...still waiting ..AND even worse...RIAS confirmed...she never sent it....Goodwill gesture was due to dopey advisor failing to RENEW my policy when the whole point of me calling and speaking to her was to RENEW my policy. The only validation I will get out of this is by sending to the Ombudsman and FCA. Loyal customer of 7 years. Not anymore. Still no apology.
