I bought a physical product advertised on social media, a box of test strips, which were already pricey. I read everything carefully, and at no point was I informed about a $19.99 monthly subscription for an app I never installed or used. They are very misleading, and I feel scammed. Now, I discover this box of strips is rendered useless unless I spend hundreds more on this subscription—no way to scan the strips and get results otherwise.
