They responded to my request to cancel my subscription but never cancelled it. I have tried to cancel for months now. The only way to do so is to leave all of your information on some obscure answering machine and hope for the best. I’ve left a BBB complaint and I’m so frustrated that I’ve spoken to a lawyer. DO NOT trust this company. They are con artists. Notice how they’re responding to the requests to cancel subscriptions. They already have all of our information yet blatantly refuse to cancel. RESPONSE: I have already shared all of that information and none of us are going to publicly share our personal information. It’s ridiculous that you would even ask that. Save your unethical response and answer my emails. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
