The "free" app has a hidden $20 subscription on top of the amount of money you pay on the kits.I didn't notice that, the interface is very sneaky... I have now paid more money monthly than on the kit.This is way more expensive than doing a blood work if you have insurance.Edit: I reached out to their customer support and was able to get my charges refunded, but overall, I am still not happy with the Ribbon experience.I will leave this review here as a warning to other users signing up for the service.
