Part 2. Months ago I wrote because I had ordered a two pack. I used one and then waited until I felt I needed to use it again, which was a few months later I used it, but when I went to said I had used up my two I did not. I wrote a complaint. I did get a response that said we will return your money but not how to get my money returned so I wrote that back today. I get a note saying we’re sorry you feel that way if you change your mind come back I’m not paying for something I didn’t get to use. Don’t buy them. They don’t honor their promises. They don’t honor their product. when
