Unexpected $20 monthly fees. Bought my mom a $150 order from Ribbon after getting bad news from the doctor. I feel the subscription costs are not transparently disclosed during the purchase process. Even my receipt says free for the app. All the pricing on the receipt is listed as numerical numbers except the print next to the app. They spell out nineteen ninety nine so it does not catch your eye.
