No where during the purchase of the testing kit do they mention that they are signing you up for a $19.99/mo. charge. This is a scam. All you can do after you notice the charge a month in is reduce to a $5/mo. plan. They are scamming you from the start. I now question the accuracy of their kits. I'll be throwing mine away now. Avoid the scam.The below response is a hollow response. It's the same they post to EVERY negative review. Why doesn't Ribbon just be up front with what they charge?? They did refund my charges, but how many people don't go through the trouble and how much is Ribbon making off of these folk?
