I purchased the product and for the life of me I never seen anything that stated you had to have a recurring charge monthly to be able to use the product. I was surprised when I seen a charge for it and reached out and the CS person said to me “ I do understand that it might not have been clear on the monthly charge, so let me explain how our system works.” That would have been nice to see before I wasted $75 on it because I don’t have funds like that to spend more money just to use the product. It just doesn’t sit well with me how they do not fully make you aware of the recurring charges. Fully disappointed.
