Scammers and Fraudsters - DO NOT USE!!!Bought a load of items after seeing an advert on Instagram - clothing looked good in pictures.Once delivered, every single item was of very poor quality and the sizes were all over the place.I sent a pleasant email informing the business of the issues. Initially, they asked me to send over pictures, which I did.They then started saying that their refund policy meant they would not offer a refund - absolute nonsense.Then they said that there were 'sale items' meaning a refund could not be issued. INCORRECT. None of the items were sale items.Lastly, they changed their mind and decided to say I was out of the 14 day refund DESPITE the fact that my initial request for refund was within the 14 days.Absolute charlatans who, instead of running a proper business, have decided to try and scam hardworking people out of their money.This is NOT over.
