The absolute worst company ever, do not ever buy from them, they will send you clothes that are two sizes too small and then when you follow all of their policies and all of their ridiculous hoops that you jump through to get the refund that they promised, they will send you in this emails telling you all the reasons why they can’t give you a refund
Look around at the other reviews, I wish I had read these before nobody gets refunds when the clothes don’t fit. I went back-and-forth with him for a month and they still never offered it.
Please avoid this firm at all costs- this is a scam. I spend over £400 and the clothing is of poor quality, sizes are not as advertised and when you request a refund they say it’s not company policy. This is against uk consumer rights where you are entitled to enhanced rights when buying online to include a refund upon return within 14 days without any reason. This firm is clearly a scam and I urge all those that are victims to contact trading standards, notify bbc program scam inceptors and write to your local mp. If we all work together we can stop these type of firms taking honest peoples cash which is not acceptable
SCAM ALERT!They say you can easily return items if they do not fit, but this is not true. Once you received them, they try to blame it on you ordering the wrong size. Crazy that this type of customer service is still possible in todays world of online clothes shopping.
