Avoid this company– Deceptive Business Practices and Poor Quality ProductsI recently purchased items from them that were advertised as high quality. What I received was a complete disappointment – the products were defective, of extremely poor quality, and not as described. When I requested to return the products, the company refused to honor their return policy, instead offering me a series of unacceptable partial refunds (starting with 20%, then 30%, and finally 50%).This is clearly a company trying to take advantage of consumers. They seem unwilling to follow basic business ethics or consumer protection laws. I urge others to avoid this business at all costs. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy online retailer, this is not it.I’ll be taking further legal steps to hold this company accountable, and I hope my experience helps others avoid falling into the same trap.
